HOW TO BUY HERE
it's simple… follow the steps
Step 1 - Choose here and call to find out if the piece you chose is available (it may have been reserved in the meantime) 93 932 38 81. If available, we reserve it for you for 24h.
Step 2 - Pay by bank transfer

Step 3 - Send proof of purchase by email with the image of the piece you have purchased so that we can give it as reserved... attention the piece is reserved for only 24 hours after your phone call... if you do not pay within this period, the piece becomes available again – artessencia@ artessencia.pt
Step 4 – Lift the part in the store
- if it's far away, we can send it against freight payment at the time of delivery or if it's a piece of furniture, we can quote the service. You can also contract the transport directly by enclosing it with a copy of the email/proof of purchase signed by you.
- small parts are sent by post
- pieces of furniture, rugs, are shipped by carrier.
- pieces in glass, porcelain, ceramic and crystal are only picked up in the store
All freight is paid by the customer on delivery.
RETURNS and DELIVERIES
If when you take the part to the store you find that it does not correspond entirely to what you saw here, we will refund your payment and the sale will be canceled if you do not want to choose another one.
Carrier deliveries are accompanied by photos of the part that document the state in which it was shipped. We recommend that you check if the item arrived in the same conditions upon receipt. If the part arrives damaged and transportation has been arranged by us, please return the part by the same means. If the part really shows damage, we will refund the purchase price. If the part is not damaged, we will not refund the purchase price and we will send the part back to your address.
Purchase cancellations up to 48 hours after purchase.
Shipments will be made 48 hours after receipt of proof of payment for the purchase
Parts sent by mail are always well packed … but … we cannot be held responsible by the Post Office … If the part arrives damaged you will have to return it so that we can exchange it for another … as they are all unique parts… or ask for the return of the amount you paid
